Employment, solidarity, environment: three together for our country diois
The crisis is not an accident. We reached the limits of the system of buying oil and other raw materials, to transform them at low prices elsewhere, and still retain hope in France on income and employment.
This system creates unemployment, wasted resources and has no future.
We were told we could still get away with this ever-increasing globalized production. "Sell More", "competitiveness", "international markets", "consumer" we hear these words, but we see that this headlong rush only benefits some . The very rich are richer, jobs disappear, the debt grows, inequities are growing, the environment plundered for oil, minerals, gas, wood exotic ... With us, poverty occurs where more than one had imagined: a quarter of French people living in precarious employment. Those who need to consume necessities no longer have the means.
In Diois, we suffer less than elsewhere in the global economy of waste, because we were the forgotten. But how many jobs lost in agriculture in the cabinet? How many jobs are still threatened in the name of profitability which destroyed public utilities ? We must do everything to stop the decline, rebuild, rebound.
must relocate the economy. And the General Council has a role to play in the reconquest.
Small businesses are the heart of life Dioise . Aromatic and Medicinal Plants, Clairette, architects, building consultants, graphic designers, programmers, artists, cultural businesses, energy conservation, renewable energy, forest, eco-construction agriculture, cosmetics, health, tourism, environmental protection, culture ... They are very beautiful Diois companies. They implement new technology and high skill levels. They live for many families : hundreds of jobs have been created through the activities of the local economy in recent years useful.
Our work at the General Council will be to recognize, support and implement public policies that encourage them. Enable young companies to start by building a business incubator and grow, anticipating their needs with them. Facilitate their access to public markets, supporting vocational training that will allow them to hire locally, support social innovations for their employees.
Diois is full of energy must be encouraged. Our country can become a reference site for the sustainable economy.
We also know that lack of jobs for solidarity, proximity, social ties: although needs older people, support people in difficulty, to provide services to mothers, although caring for children with disabilities and their families. It is essential, and at the same time, it creates meaningful jobs and not be relocated. We will the General Council for the means of the department are oriented towards solidarity.
It also requires public procurement, ie procurement department, support the local economy. Is it not ironic in the midst of our forest Dioise, consume annually 140,000 gallons of fuel to heat City school? We will develop the wood boiler : less pollution, cheaper, more jobs in the Diois. We will also choose to purchase and structures may be employed by local firms: from agriculture to provide canteens, to furniture and even construction projects.
Training organizations are leading the Diois on new green technology: we will support them.
Diois had no place in the economy before, that of heavy industry, petroleum, highways and international finance. In the new economy, our strengths are many long out of old habits and recipes that have both failed .
Today, concern for the environment is displayed everywhere, sometimes in contradictory ways. Is it possible to promote organic farming and accept GMOs that scatter everywhere, but want to expand ecological transport routes for the transit of trucks, judging the success of renewable energy by requiring new nuclear plants?
We believe that it takes to drive a consistent and coherent action. It is for us in three words: employment, solidarity, environment, the three together for our country Diois.
There is an exit to the crisis. Diois is trying to find it. can rely on our strengths and resources of our country. But it must be maintained. That is what we propose to do with our skills and energy.
Solidarity is the cement of society. This pooling, such mutual support is what makes the difference between a community and a jungle.
When the crisis hits hard, when the clouds are gathering on pension systems, on health insurance and pension insurance, we affirm our determination to strengthen solidarity: Housing all for supporting people in difficulty, to ensure the welfare of our elders.
Housing is the first requirement. It is necessary to build new homes: with affordable rent, receiving the LPA, built with healthy materials, highly efficient heating. The action of the General Council will strengthen the work of county offices, both in the land on the building.
Social welfare must be protected. The General Council shall pay the benefits for the elderly, the disabled, provides maternal and child health and finance induction programs. We want to ensure that aid, development support for associations that are among the population.
The welfare of our veterans should be our pride. Sufficient resources should enable the elderly and their families have the freedom to choose. Choosing to stay home with care and enhanced home care, or come and live in adequate housing. If necessary, they may choose to reside in nursing homes who will remain on a human scale. We will develop small structures, employment and vocational training for carers, the network of caregivers.
National projects on addiction foreshadow a privatization more or less hidden from all these systems. We strongly reject because it would create social division, especially in our rural townships.
The budget office of the General Council is important: about 48% of the total. It is the primary mission of the department. We will ensure that despite the crisis, this essential mission is fulfilled, even though it would reduce other expenses. It is our policy choice. That a free society, allowing everyone to thrive, to develop, undertake, either at the same time deeply supportive and respectful of everyone.
Beware the digital divide: if one is not careful, some neighborhoods, some municipalities will be connected, others will be abandoned, forgotten internet services to the population, and unable accommodate any economic activity.
satellites and other wireless transmitters are already outdated. The only real solution, valid for the century, the optical fiber everywhere, even in private homes.
Our elders had been able to provide the territory of railways and electricity and telephone; us to implement very high speed.
is a triple Priority
Priority Development territory : territories without fiber will tomorrow territories where no project is possible, apart from becoming places of retreat from the world.
economic priority, since no business today can not do without a good internet connection.
Priority social Diois for being is not a disability, so that everyone has access to the possible uses of the Internet, in employment, public services, culture, personal services, home assistance, education and training, tele-medicine tomorrow.
costs of such a construction is reasonable, much lower than those of roads. It is simply that priority be identified by those who decide.
Be assured that if we have the opportunity, we will extend the work already undertaken with DNA, and we will implement a plan to cover general the Drome by fiber optics.
We need safe roads. Not to go faster, but to put all users safe.
In other countries, roads were also made for bikes. The two-wheelers are safe on a separate track from the main track. The total width is the same roads the General Council of the Drôme. And not more expensive. It's just another way to share space. This is called a new way of setting priorities.
We want roads safe and effective for everyone. We will do.
Dalston Pierre and Nathalie DUBY , canton de la Motte-Chalancon
There is a future for the Diois: it depends neither the state nor the financial international, but us and the vast human and natural wealth of our country.
We envision this future based on three priorities:
- employment, without which our country is declining,
- solidarity with everyone, young and old, who must be strengthened,
- environment that is both our living and our capital, our wealth for tomorrow.
We want to allow this hope to become reality: we have the experience, energy and skills to do so.
Tell us confidence.
