Gilbert Trémolet: 1 st Assistant City DIE and Vice-Chairman of the Community of Communes Diois, I offer my candidacy. In office since April 2008, I was able to take the measure of a country which was dear to me for many years and now my passion. Indeed, it was in 1969 that I married Françoise Vignon Romeyer.
For efficiency, I chose an alternate, as they say after the "civil society" that will, through its different skills, but complementary to mine more important to provide the strong action I want to lead the Department in support of our District. I will work closely with Anne ACHARD-REY, holds a Masters degree in economics, business management option, counselor training and very attached to diols which it is native and where she lives and works .
Present daily in the field, available, retired bank executive, who holds a Law Degree and Certificate of Fitness for the legal profession, I wish to continue in the same spirit I share, but provide more yet my economic skills to residents, municipalities and mayors of Guangzhou. In few words, I hope to accomplish as efficiently as possible my role as General Counsel in the current context because of threats but also opportunities. Knowing the strengths but also weaknesses in our territory marked by its rurality, I shall immediately be your spokesperson in the Departmental Assembly.
Confronted daily with the problem of employment as the City of DIE at the Community of Communes (thus already the whole Township through the Site close) my constant concern is to continue my work and continue to act to:
- to maintain existing businesses and jobs.
-support the creation of new activities to create conditions for sustainable economic development, a source of new jobs.
-to promote education and training to facilitate vocational integration and social inclusion of young and adults.
The stakes are high, in terms of life and sometimes the survival of certain areas of our territory and the maintenance of public services which we are entitled.

FOR DIOIS: beyond a slogan. ... Will and purpose .
Analysis of demographic and economic situation of our Township makes us wonder about the why of a situation that is not recent, and consequently on the dynamics it is necessary to inject without delay to our Township to meet the challenges of the future. What is it exactly?
Township Die is more affected than many other Cantons of France by the lack of activity, including the private sector, unemployment and insecurity. The geographical isolation alone can not explain this situation as others in the same case, do better than us.
This situation is particularly worrying that what up Now we could successfully pass the crisis, namely the strong presence of public employment is threatened. Indeed the RGPP (reform of public policies) in a context of budget deficits and social and high debt of the State, lead the best for our country to stabilize the workforce if we do nothing .
Why is this? Is it inevitable? In my case I sincerely believe that not as reasonable solutions exist and are possible. This Land remains attractive and happily, allowing an increase in population with new arrivals offset the negative natural balance between births and deaths for many years. These newcomers are consuming and investing in our territory. Promote their home, is encouraging the development activity and job creation, maintain and develop public services. It thus giving hope and future for our youth.
In addition, our District has very good infrastructure. As such, the passage of the optical fiber in the main towns, allows to consider a development of work, paid or unpaid, and distance learning (between 25-40% of the workforce in major developed countries, 7% in France). This veritable information highway is an opportunity to seize our territory must, especially as it fits in perfectly with the objectives of preserving the environment and quality of life of workers.
The quality of the environment in our rural townships, is also a tremendous asset, including production from agriculture organic and conventional but also all the peripheral industries that will support and encourage to secure and retain our people.
Ultimately, even if our Township suffers from weaknesses, we must not overlook the advantages we have and on which we can build on opportunities to promote the maintenance and creation activities, creating new jobs and sustainable, consistent with a model of sustainable land dear to our Department.
In this spirit, we must ensure that skills needed for these new activities are on our territory and as such, promote and strengthen our education structures and existing training so that they contribute effectively to the matching between demand and supply of jobs for and developing attractive and competitive in our Township ..

Cantonal Elections will be held on 20 and 27 March 2011. Candidates are revealed one after the other, and the time has come for the modem to express its proposals.
Cantonal elections are, with municipal elections, elections by excellence. Therefore, applicants must be from the Territory or be already entrenched. Furthermore, they must be involved significantly and for many years in the local social and economic life. The modem of the Canton of Die has not yet within it a candidate with these qualities. However, we wish to be present at these elections.
Also, in autumn 2010, we worked to identify which local politicians were the beliefs of those closest to the modem, to consider collaboration. After several meetings and interviews, the team of Gilbert and Anne Trémolet Achard-Rey has become to us as obvious.
Trémolet-Gilbert, after marrying a Dioise, and completed a full professional career, chose to devote himself to the Territory Diois. As such, the actions it has for several years as part of its mandates, are widely known and appreciated by the greatest number.
Achard Anne-Rey is a native of the Territory Diois. His involvement, particularly in the field of education, and more specifically that of Continuing Education, is known and recognized. She is also involved in the community life of the Commune Aix en Diois, where she resides.
They are both part of the women and men, which beyond any political dogmatism, are interested primarily in human beings, their difficulties, their plans, with the simple desire to understanding to better help them solve or accomplish them.
They are nonetheless aware of the challenges we face. With more courage and determination they want to approach them, our District is more affected than the average for other Townships France by the lack of economic activity, unemployment and job insecurity.
These values of humanism, social awareness and political will are the ones defending the modem. So quite naturally, we provide not only support the modem to the candidacy of Trémolet Gilbert and Anne Rey-Achard, (photo) but also our full cooperation to contribute to the success of this innovative and ticket holder a real hope for the Township of Die.
